Sam Waterston has had a long and distinguished career stretching back to the 1960's, and has appeared in many films and television series, including "The Glass Menagerie," "Much Ado About Nothing," "Friendly Fire," "Fitzwilly," "The Great Gatsby," "Journey Into Fear," three films for Woody Allen ("Hannah and Her Sisters," "Crimes and Misdemeanors" and "Interiors"), "Capricorn One," and most notably, "The Killing Fields." He has a penchant for playing historical figures (Abraham Lincoln [twice!], Thomas Jefferson) and also starred in the series "Q.E.D." He can be seen every week on the popular show "Law and Order."
